Denver’s real estate housing market is expected to be fairly good this year. I have heard 5% appreciation mentioned and it seems possible, which would be a notch better than 2019. Denver’s local economy is solid and well-diversified. It has been reported that the housing industry could contribute toward keeping us out of a recession — or countering the negative recessionary forces — which is not in line with some homeowners’ or homebuyers’ thinking. Consumer Confidence is strong, which will help offset some of the negative factors in the economy. All-in-all, 2020 looks like it will be a good year.
