Buying or selling a home is a big deal and in that spirit I often wear my kilt to closings to add to the festivity. Every home deserves a kilted closing and here are some of my past closings with happy buyers and sellers. Hope to see you on this page someday 馃檪
If you’re wondering where this idea came from… My ancestors are Scottish and, while I’m from Denver, I was married in a castle in Scotland wearing a kilt. I am also a partner in a Denver-based real estate investor firm named Highland Home Buyers (as in Scottish Highlands). That’s the connection to Scotland and the kilt. I noticed some real estate transactions have the potential to generate a wee bit of anxiety since it is something important that affects our lives in many ways. I’ve found my kilt lightens the mood at closings that may need a little boost, and for those that don’t it adds to the celebration factor. Plus it helps people remember me, even if only for my kilt and good looks 馃槈
