New access roads will allow tenants at the Business Park to access U.S. Highway 40, approximately a mile north of the site. In addition to the new roads, the Town of Hayden will build new water and sewer mains and three-phase electrical lines. Vertical construction and job creation are key to achieving economic goals of the project and the Town of Hayden will offer favorable terms for buyers bringing quality job creation, near term development plans, and high assessed value projects.
