The Peak Results — Your trusted agent when you need results.
When people think of Realtors, they may think of a friendly person who is nice to talk to. However, there is so much more involved in a real estate transaction that benefits you and finding a great Realtor is critical. Real estate agents are not all the same. Here are some aspects that make me uniquely qualified to be your next Realtor…
→ Denver Native
As a native of Denver, I have decades of knowledge that span many parts of the Denver metro area. Use this to your advantage as you search for a new home to buy, or to understand your potential buyer profile as a seller. Our city is vibrant and continues to change and this knowledge will help you find a more direct path to reaching your real estate goals.
→ Professional
As a Denver Realtor®, I am held to a higher ethical standard than non-Realtor brokers, and have the organizational infrastructure behind me to facilitate continuous learning and handle conflicts out of court (lower cost and more friendly) should they arise. For a year-and-a-half, I was on a sophisticated real estate team that ranked #66 in the country, out of thousands of teams, for the number of transactions in 2016 and in 2018 was awarded for being the largest team in our national brokerage with the most sales. In addition to my Realtor professionalism, I have held several other professional roles, such as real estate investor, risk and compliance analyst within FinTech, corporate administrator, digital consultant, and director of digital product development where I was at the center of building up an online unit with $4,000,000 (from $100,000 baseline) in annual revenue for a TV and Radio media group. I have learned a great deal in these other roles and apply that knowledge for my clients’ benefit. You might say I took the long road to become an agent, and my clients are better off for it.
→ Recognition
It was heartwarming to hear that the Cory-Merrill and University neighborhoods in South Denver voted me as their one Favorite Real Estate Agent on Nextdoor.com. Thank you so so much! I have received sales recognition, such as from my brokerage for being one of the highest producing agents in a month. I am a FIVE STAR Professional and was recognized as a Rising Star Agent. With all this said, by far the most meaningful recognition I receive is from my clients after their transaction is complete — I like to say that my job is to create happy clients as a result of reaching their Peak Results. Your reviews are very much appreciated.
→ Investor
As an investor that has bought, sold, fixed up, and rented out properties, I have had skin in the game, perhaps similar to you as a home buyer or seller. As your advisor and advocate in a real estate transaction, I will share information that saves you effort, time, and money.
→ Detail Oriented
Real estate transactions directly involve both your financial and legal interests and liability, so details matter much more than is commonly thought. Given that every property and neighborhood are unique, you are going to need a Realtor that is able to research, analyze, document, and figure things out for your benefit. That is a constant in my background, from considering engineering leading into college to being pre-med while in college, to graduating with a Chemistry degree and minor in economics/management, to jumping into internet computer programing after college, to building a business in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, to working with countless contracts in my career, to having fiduciary and compliance responsibility under many Federal and State regulators, to researching and analyzing properties as a real estate investor and Realtor. In short, with me, you will have much more than a good looking man in a kilt, you will have someone who can take on the details of your experience without slowing down or dropping the ball. If you have been around sales and marketing while, you already know that is a unique trait.
→ Military Friendly
If you are active-duty military or a veteran, I would be honored to assist you with your real estate needs. As a Certified Military Relocation Professional by the National Association of Realtors, I am more in-tune with how I can support you than a typical Agent, and also empathetic to how our industry may not be serving your needs as well as we can. Whether simply looking out for your best interest in general, or working with you through your unique circumstances (transactions while deployed, atypical schedules, medical conditions, etc.) in a real estate transaction, I would like to serve you while at the same time learn more about how we as a real estate industry can serve you better. Also, VA loans have many benefits that you should be aware of and I can refer a great VA mortgage lender.
→ Fiduciary
Per Colorado law, real estate brokers have fiduciary responsibilities to their clients. This is one reason why it benefits buyer clients to sign an exclusive buyer agreement with a broker early on in the process — it doesn’t cost you anything and you get a higher level of responsibility and commitment from real estate brokers. In addition to these current responsibilities, in roles as a funding and compliance administrator of an employer 401(k) plan, I had even greater fiduciary responsibility for nearly 5 years due to my involvement with other people’s money and 401(k) plan investments — under IRS and Dept of Labor regulatory jurisdiction. While in this role, I favorably navigated annual CPA audits and an IRS audit targeting 7 plan years. I have also had the responsibility of analyzing financial institutions’ transactions for compliance under the U.S. Department of Treasury regulations.
→ I Love Real Estate
It may sound funny to mention this, but not everyone loves their job so I thought I would clear the air on this one. I like what I do. I like helping people. I like discussing homes. I like exceeding expectations and delivering “peak” results. And I would love to help you with your real estate needs. So let the fun begin…
